CHRISTOPHER J. DALY, PE
Since a young age, I would challenge myself to figure out how things go together. I would take things apart and put them back together. At the middle and high school levels, I discovered my love of math, physics, and technical drawing. After putting these subjects at the forefront of my college curriculum, I earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, New York. I remember thinking during the commencement ceremony, “the world is mine” and I couldn’t wait to get out there.
My first introduction to the charismatic Mike Petry was in 1997 when I was hired as an intern by his former firm. Little did I know at the time, we would become business partners less than twenty years later. We reconnected in 2001 and we have been creating together ever since.
I have the ability to bring an idea or vision to life through structural engineering. If one can imagine it, I can apply my over 25 years of design experience and assure that the project will be enjoyed for generations to come. From a multi-unit complex like The Vestry in Montclair or someone’s home, structural engineering allows dreams to become reality and my engineering knowhow can accomplish your most monumental visions.
Along with my wife and two teenage children, I enjoy the outdoors, including skiing, biking, hiking, and watching/playing sports in my free time.
