I see this firm as a reflection of myself. Each individual brings their “vision” to the table and we collaborate to a better end. In doing so, we learn from each other, we expand each other’s vision, and we sometimes change our own minds, based upon the ideas of others. This collaborative effort towards a common goal is the centerpiece of an exceptional design team. I don’t feel like I lead a team of designers, I feel as if I’m an integral part of the design team….a team that works collectively to create a vision to address the needs of our clients.
